Program Studi DIII Sekretaris. Fakultas Ekonomi. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The scientific papers aims to understand of office layout of the Secretary to the division Pusat Pelatihan dan Kerjasama Internasional East Jakarta. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis with data collection method through literature study and observation. From the results of the writing can be seen that to increase productivity of work employees required spatial effective well furnishing or office machines, environment and working conditions appropriate to create good working conditions and facilitate the course of work.
