Abstract
RIYANTI ADINDA PERMATASARI. 2014. 8143145698. Analisis Kebutuhan Sumber Daya Manusia Untuk Profesi Sekretaris Pada Pusat LPSE Sekretariat Jenderal Kementerian Keuangan. Program Studi D3 Sekretari. Fakultas Ekonomi. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This Scientific paper aims to find out about the human resource needs in accordance with the educational background D3 Secretary at Pusat LPSE Sekretariat Jenderal Kementerian Keuangan. Needs of human resources referred to in this study is the company's need for human resources in accordance with educational background placed in the position of the secretary of the leadership. This research uses descriptive analysis method with data collection through observation and literature study. Based on the results of research can be known that a company should do activities of planning, recruitment, selection and placement to prospective employees to get qualified of Human Resources.
