Abstract

ABSTRACT NESA ANISA YUDIA. TheRelationship Between The Implementation of Safety and Health With Work Productivity of Employee of PT Pandu Jaya Nusantara. Education Study Program Administration Office. Department of Economic and Administration, Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta, 2014. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between the implementation of safety and health with work productivity of the employees at PT Pandu Jaya Nusantara. The method used was a survey method with the correlational approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT Pandu Jaya Nusantara, which amounts to 121 employees. Affordable study population is employees working on production amounting to 49 employees. The study sample as many as 44 employees were taken by Table Isaac & Michael with an error level of 5%. The sampling technique using simple random technique (random sampling). The simple regression equation obtained was Y = 59,667 + 0,188X. Test requirements analysis to test the normality of the estimated regression error Y over X indicates that the estimated regression error Y over X is normally distributed. In a hypothesis test, test and test the significance of linearity expressed means and linear regression. The correlation coefficient is calculated using the formula of Pearson Product Moment generating r xy for 0,503while the results of the obtained t for significance 3,78and t table 1,68. Due t count > t table test it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the implementation of health and safety the productivity of the employees working at PT Pandu Jaya Nusantara. The calculation of the coefficient of determination shows 25,35%variation of the variable Y is determined by the variable X. The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive and significant relationship between The Implementation of Safety and Health With Work Productivity Of Employee of PT Pandu Jaya Nusantara.
