Gilang Dhanistyanto.2015.8223128288. Analysis of The Consumers Loyality of KFC Harapan Indah Bekasi. Study program, Diploma in Marketing Management. Departement of Management. Faculty of Economics. State University of Jakarta. This paper has purpose to know about the The factors that affect consumer loyalty .The method used is a descriptive analysis with searching trought library, observation and questioner. Technical analysis used of data is descriptive analysis, that was already collected and mixed with ms.excel. Based on the results of the research that female gender by 74 percent, with the coming of age ranged from 19-22 years by 62 percent, and their job as a student by 68 percent, quality product, pricing strategi, services quality, brand image, and product innovation Very influential against consumption of the product. The steps to create the consumers loyality with the promotion and the increase of the CSR.
