Gandi Rizky Rahardjo. 2015. 8223128286. Analysis of The Consumers Satisfaction of McDonald’s Harapan Indah Bekasi. Study Program, Diploma in Marketing Management. Department of Management. Faculty of Economics.State University of Jakarta. This paper has purpose to know about the consumers satisfaction of the McDonald’s Harapan Indah. The writer take the title to determine the level of consumers satisfaction in McDonald’s Harapan Indah. The method used in this research is to use data collection through literature study, observation and questionnaires. Technical analysis used of data is descriptive analysis, the data has been collected will be processed with Ms Excel. Based on the results of the known mostly consumers who visited McDonald’s dominated by students women in high school of 52% with age 16-19 year. But the evaluation process satisfaction through six dimension, the presentation of dimension, think, menu, responsive to protest, price, and quickly presentation of.
