Abstract

ABSTRACT SARI PERTIWI. INCREASING THE RESULT OF STUDY BY USING IN INTERAKTIF TEACHING LEARNING MODEL IN DOING PRINCIPAL RELATIONSHIP PARTNER BUSSINESS AND CUSTOMER LESSON AT X OFFICE ADMINISTRATION CLASS (Classroom Action Reasearch at SMK Kawula Indonesia in East Jakarta) This research is rationale is improving student studing outcome through the application of Interaktif Teaching Learning model in doing administration procedure.Through this Interaktif Teaching Learning model student expected to be more understanding the learning procces so that automatically influencing the improvement of study outcome. This research has being completed using classroom action research method which applied in one month during January 2014, all through two sequence. The subject of this classroom action research are student of X office Administration 1 level on doing administration procedure subject in SMK Kawula Indonesia East Jakarta. In the submission this classroom action research have been performed repetitively using sequence that have been set until the target of Interaktif Teaching Learning are model fulfilled. The indicator of assesement of student outcome improvement that student get after occurring learning activity procces using Interaktif Teaching Learning model. The result of these research states that the application of Interaktif Teaching Learning model have giving positive influence to student learning outcome. The achievement of Interaktif Teaching Learning model can be attained since there is cooperation between teacher and student. Based on data which have been acquired, average rate classroom result at the first step is round 69,62 its increasing 7%. While at the second step the average rate classroom result is 80,74 its increasing 14%. At the result of that the application of Interaktif Teaching Learning model are wish to be attained by theacher (except ecpnpmy subject teacher) as an innovation in learning model so that can help student learning activity process.
