Abstract
ABSTRACT Ida Kusumaning Nastiti, 2012; The effect of Profitability, Free Cash Flow and Market to Book Value on Dividend Payout Ratio on Banking Companies Listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2006-2010. Skripsi, Jakarta: Concentration of Financial Management, Study Program of Management, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The Objective of this study were to examine the effects of profitability, free cash flow and market to book value on dividend payout ratio. The sample of this study is mining companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The period of time in this research determine on 2006-2010. This study describes the influence of profitability,free cash flow and market to book value on dividend payout ratio. These results indicate that profitability has negative and no significant impact on dividend payout ratio. Free cash flow has positive effect and no significant effect on dividend payout ratio. Market to Book Value has positive and insignificant effect. The results show that profitability, free cash flow and market to book value have no simultaneously effect on dividend payout ratio of the company.
