## Abstract

AYU NOVIRA ZULINAR. Correlation Between Self Concept With Teachers Perfomance At SMK Negeri 51 Jakarta. Thesis, Jakarta. Tata Commerce Education Studies Program, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, in Juni 2012. This study aims to obtain data / facts right (authentic, true, valid) and trustworthy (reliable) about how far the relationship between Self Concept With Teachers Perfomance At SMK Negeri 51 Jakarta. The study was conducted over six months from January to June 2012. The method used is survey method approach to correlation. The population is all teachers at SMK Negeri 51 Jakarta Jalan SMEA 33, Bambu Apus Cipayung Jakarta-Timur amounted to 44 customes. Then, based on the determination of the sample table of Isaac and Michael amount of sample from a population with a sampling error of 5% is 36 customers. This sampling technique using simple random sampling technique. To capture the data variable X (Self Concept), is used questionnaire shaped instrument, which is distributed to teachers SMK Negeri 51 Jakarta, after it tested the validity browse through the validation process is the calculation of the correlation coefficient score points with the total score and reliability testing with Cronbach Alpha formula. As for the variable Y (Teachers Perfomance) used secondary data from Daftar Penilaian Pekerjaan (DP3) at SMK Negeri 51 Jakarta Jalan SMEA 33, Bambu APus Cipayung Jakarta 2012. The results of the reliability of the variable X (Self Concept) of 0.908. Test requirements analysis is performed by finding that the regression equation was Ŷ = 46,20+0,31 X. Next is a test for normality of estimated regression error on X by using the test and earned Liliefors Lhitung = Ltabel in 0.1099 compared to the 0.05 level by 0.1401. the Lo <Lt. This means that the error estimate of Y on X is normally distributed. While the linearity test result Fcalculated 1,80 <Ftable 2,09, this means that used linear regression models.Obtained regression test keberartian Fcalculted (28,34)> Ftable (4,10), this proves that the regression mean. Product moment correlation coefficient test produces rxy = 0,652. Then proceed to test the significance of the coefficient by using t test. The results obtained are tcount 5,301, whereas a Ttable on dk = n - 2 = 40-2 = 38 and the 0.05 level is 1.68, meaning tcount> Ttable. The calculation of the coefficient of determination yield rxy2 = (0.652)2 = 0.4251. This shows that 42,51% variation in teachers perfomance by self concept. Conclusions of this study is that there is a positive relationship between self concept with teachers performance at SMK Negeri 51 Jakarta.
