WAN ANISA. 2012. 8223128309. "Analysis of the Regular Package Delivery Service Quality on JNE Branch Rawamangun." Study Program DIII Marketing, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta.. This scientific work aims to determine how the quality of services delivered JNE especially regular parcel service. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis by using data gathered through literature, and the service user questionnaire JNE branch Rawamangun expedition. From the analysis, it can be seen that consumers rate the JNE good reputation. This can be measured from the time of service discipline, the performance of professional employees, the service is fast, security of goods, and the friendliness of the employees. But there are still some problems in the service, among others, late delivery, less office cleanliness, condition of the office and the employees are less neat appearance.
