Abstract
YUDA DASUKI. 2015. 8223128310. Effect Of Product Quality On Customer Satisfaction Samsung Android Phone. (Study On FE UNJ Student). Marketing Diploma Study Program. Department of Management. Faculty of Economics. State University of Jakarta.. This paper aims to determine whether the Product quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction in campus A UNJ. The method used in this study is a descriptive analysis and inferensialist. By using data gathered through a literature review, observation, documentation and quisioner. Based on the results of significance test states that the product quality variables positif and significantly influence customer satisfaction variable.
