Abstract
ABSTRACT Vanny Debora, 2012; Influence of Working Environment and Internal Communication towards Morale at PT. Artajasa Pembayaran Elektronis Jakarta. Skripsi: Jakarta, Human Resource Management Concentration, Management Study Program, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of the research are: 1)To know description for working environment, internal communication, and morale at PT. Artajasa Pembayaran Elektronis. 2)Test empirically influence of working environment towards morale at PT. Artajasa Pembayaran Elektronis. 3)Test empirically influence of internal communication towards morale at PT. Artajasa Pembayaran Elektronis. 4)Test empirically influence of working environment and internal communication towards morale at PT. Artajasa Pembayaran Elektronis. The analysis implemented in this research are simple regression and multiple regression analysis. The method of this research is simple random sampling, that taken 68 employees at PT. Artajasa Pembayaran Elektronis, while data collecting by using quitionaire and cultivated using SPSS 17.0. The result of t test for working condition is 17.141, and the signification is 0.000. This shows that there is an effect between working condition toward morale. The result of t test for internal comminication is 7.669, and the signification is 0.000. This shows that there is an effect between internal communication toward morale. The result of F test is 208.710, and the signification is 0.000. This shows that there is an effect between working environment and internal communication toward morale. The result of R2 is 0.865 or 86.5%. It means working environment and internal communication influence morale as much as 86.5%. Keywords: working environment, internal communication, morale
