DIIIMarketing Study Program. Department Of Management. Faculty Of Economics. State University Of Jakarta. . This paper aims to find out the influence of the quality of the visual aid device Junior School of consumer satisfaction CV. Porimedia (in Ciamis Regency) through the dimensions of product quality and customer satisfaction as well as do the dissemination of questionnaires to respondents (junior level schools in Ciamis). The methods used in this research is a descriptive analysis. By using the collection of data through observation, library studies, dissemination of the questionnaire as well as the application of the program SPSS version 22.0. Results of the study prove that product quality visual aid device Porimedia got positive response from respondents as well as the satisfaction of consumer response very well expressed by the respondents through the dissemination of the questionnaire. So it is becoming a cornerstone of that product quality visual aid device Porimedia learning satisfaction to consumers.
