Abstract

PUTI AYU APRIANTI SARI 2012. 8223097613. Promotion and Awareness of KUR Product PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Unit Nusantara Depok. Diploma Degree of Marketing on Management Development, Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta. This paper has a purpose to know about promotion tools of KUR product that used by BRI Nusantara Depok and awareness client to KUR product. Method that used in these research is descriptive analysis, with searching data trough library and survey. And the technical to searching data used questioner and interview. From writing result concluded that BRI Nusantara Depok used promotion tools is advertising and personal selling with media television advertising, media print advertising, Customer Service, Account Officer, and website. A lot of client known of KUR product with media television advertising and media print advertising. And for awareness client to product KUR knowing still lower. With Assessment client to television advertising that is easy to got, easy for understood, and interesting. But must required special television advertising that made by company. And then for media advertising like brochure assessed very completed and make client want to uses KUR product. While a assessment to AO and CS, client assessing that them get a less explain about KUR product from the seller and complicated for calling the seller. But for the client that ever to met and get a explain about KUR product assessing seller could answer question of client better and respectably. And the last media that client from BRI Nusantara Depok assess is website. With assessing about website are easy to access, a less explain about KUR product there on BRI Nusantara Depok and not interesting assumed too for the website.
