Abstract
ABSTRACT Aninda Dewi Shitawati, 2017. Tax Administration Modernization Analysis, Tax Penalties and Compensation for Quality of Service Advisor: (1) Tresno Eka Jaya, SE., M.Ak. (2) Nuramalia Harikusumo, SE., M.Ak. This research aims to describe the modernization of tax administration, tax penalties, compensation, quality of service and test the effect of modernization of tax administration, tax penalties and compensation to the quality of service. Analysis conducted research using primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents research that WPOP on tax office Jakarta Pasar Rebo. Test results showed that the modernization of the tax administration, tax penalties and compensation affects the quality of service. Keywords: modernization of tax administration, tax penalties, compensation, quality of service.
