Abstract

ABSTRACT BARLI HALIM. 8115082600. Simulation Method in Improving Students’ Achievement of Mail/Documents Handling in Second Grade of Administration Class at SMK PGRI 1 East Jakarta, Skripsi, Jakarta: Concentration of Economic Education Program Administration, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2013. Student difficulty in processing mail/ documents skill, at one of factor influencing result learn the student of interest standard mail/documents handling therefore in needing an action to improve study process and improve the result learn. This research aim to for the description of applying simulation method to increase result of learning student at interest standard mail / documents handling with basic competence of mail/documents processing skill. Research method of taken is research of class action or in mentioning classroom action research. Research of class action represent the research which didesaign to increase lesson quality. in this classroom research is focused to simulation method at standard interest mail/documents handling. research form selected by collaboration observation. At cycle I not yet optimal showing result in improving result learn, is therefore conducted by cycle to II. At this cycle II is showing is existence of improvement fo example: at complete cycle I learn as much : 25 people with the complete presentation 62,50% with the average value assess 72,17 and at cycle II a lot of complete student learn is 30 student with the presentation 75 % with the average the class 77,8 while at cycle III happened by the improvement with complete showing learn all student 35 people with the average class 81,5. Student activation of during study experience of the improvement of every its cycle from mean assess 79,2 at cycle I become increase value of cycle II by 81,7 and at cycle III mean assess 82,3. hypothesis of action and performance indicator have been reached so that needn’t be executed by a cycle here in after. Conclution form this research is using simulation method can improve the result learn the student class of administration office, Jakarta school year 2013-2014 .
