Abstract

ABSTRACT SITI MARJAYANTI. The Correlation between social support on self directed learning on student SMK Dinamika Pembangunan 2 Jakarta. Skripsi, Jakarta: Concentration Education of Office Administration, Program Study of Economics Education, Departement Economic and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2014. This study aims to obtain accurate and reliable data regarding Social Support with Self Directed Learning on student SMK Dinamika Pembangunan 2 Jakarta. The study was conducted over two months from December 2013 until January 2014. The research method used is survey method with the correlational approach. The population of this study are all student SMK Dinamika Pembangunan 2 Jakarta with a student population that is affordable XI marketing 1,2,3 which amounted to 114 persons. Sample used as many as 84 persons nurses using simple random sampling. Collecting X variable data (sosial support) and Y variable data (self directed learning), using likert scale model questionaire,before that it has construct validity test by validation process, that is correlation coefficient valuing score with the total score and reliability test using Alpha Cronbach formula. The result of the reliability of the variable Y (self directed learning), is 0,906 while the reliability of the variable X (social support) is 0,946. Test requirements analysis is performed by finding the regression equation. The regression equaation obtained is Y =14,48 + 0,861X. Then, test for normality of estimated regression error on X by using the liliefors test at significant level of 0,05 and earned L count (0,081 ) < L (0,097). This means that the error estimated of Y on X is normality distributed. In hypothesis testing, regression coefficient significance testing using analysis of variance table (ANAVA) obtained F count (28,62) > F table table (3,96) this means that regression is significance. From regression linearity test result is F count (1,66) < F table (1,75), this means that the model is linier. Product moment coefficient correlation test produces r = 0,509. Results of significant test of correlation coefficients using t test. The results obtained Tcount (5,35) < T (1,67). The calculation of the coefficient of determination obtained 25,87% and the remaining 74,13% influenced by other factors. The conclusion of this study is there is a postif and significant correlation between social support with self directed learning on student SMK Dinamika Pembangunan 2 Jakarta.
