Abstract

ABSTRACT ADELIA PUTERI. Effects of Achievement Motivation and Interest Of Learn on Learning Outcomes in Student of SMK N 16 at Jakarta. Paper, Jakarta: Study Program Office Administration, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, University of Jakarta. 2015. This study aims to determine whether there is influence between achievement motivation and interest of learn on learning outcomes in student of SMK N 16 at Jakarta. This research was carried out for 3 months starting from the month of April to June 2015. The method used is a survey method with the approach of correrational. The population in this study were all students of SMK N 16 Jakarta, amounting to 72 people and researchers took samples used as many as 58 students by using proportional random sampling technique. The instruments used to obtain data on the variables X1 (achievement motivation), X (interest of learn) was measured using a questionnaire with Likert scale and Y (learning outcomes in student) are secondary data. The data is then tested for validity and realibility. Techniques of data analysis using SPSS 18.0 begins with finding the test requirements analysis test for normality using the Kolmogorov Smirnov method and obtained values of X 1 , X 2 2 , Y, and Residual is 0,200 which are all more than 0,05 then the data are normally distributed. Linearity test can be seen from the output results Linearity at 0,05 significance level. Linearity test results X (achievement motivation) with Y (learning outcomes in student) of 0,000 which is less than the 0,05, it can be concluded the data X (achievement motivation) with Y (learning outcomes in student) has a linear relationship. Then the results of linearity test X 21 (interest of learn) with Y (learning outcomes in student) of 0,000 which is less than the 0,05, it can be concluded the data X (interest of learn) with Y (learning outcomes in student) has a linear relationship. Structural equation of path analysis obtained is Y =0,353 X1 + 0,444 X22 + 0,758 2 and R = 0,426 and X 2 = 0,329 X1 + 0,944  1 and R2x2x1 = 0,108. Test the hypothesis that the F test in ANOVA table produces F count (20,372) > F table 2 yx2x1 (3,11), this means that X (achievement motivation) and X (interest of learn) simultaneously affect the Y (learning outcomes in student). T test produce t 2 of X1 (achievement motivation) is 3,265 and t table of X 2 count (interest of learn) is 4,107 and t is 1,67. Because t count > t it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence on the achievement motivation and interest of learn on learning outcomes in student. The results of these studies concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between achievement motivation and interest of learn on learning outcomes in student.
