Abstract
DIAN PRATIWI. The Effect Of Management Ownership, Investment Opportunity Set, and Corporate Social Responsibility On Firm Value. Guide by: (1) Rida Prihatni, SE., Akt., M.Si (2) Nuramalia Hasanah, SE., M.Ak. Research. Accounting Major. Faculty of Economic. State University of Jakarta. 2014. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of management ownership, investment opportunity set, and corporate social responsibility on firm value. Many factors that tested in this research are management ownership, investment opportunity set, and corporate social responsibility as independent variables, whereas firm value as dependent variable. Sample of this research is manufacturing companies whose share are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2010 until 2012 with a total of 45 samples using purposive sampling method. Data of this research is secondary data, meanwhile the analytical method used are classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing and multiple linier regression at significancy 5 %. As a result of testing on hypothesis concluded: (1) management ownership have a negative effect and significant on firm value. (2) investment opportunity set doesn’t have influence to firm value. (3) corporate social responsibility have a positif effect and significant on firm value.
