Abstract

ABSTRACT WINDA SEPTIANA. The influence of government ownership, profitability and firm size of corporate social responsibility disclosure of state owned companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchage (BEI) in period 2013-2015. Faculty of Economics. State University of Jakarta. 2016. This sdudy aimed to examine the effect of government ownership, profitability and firm size of corporate social responsibility disclosure of state owned companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchage (BEI) in period 2013-2015. Independent variabel are used in this study are govenment ownership, profitability caunt by ROE proxy, and firm size caunt by assets total. The reaserch method used quantitative approachment and statistical analysis using multiple linear regression test. This study use secondary data from annual report from Indonesian Stock Exchange website. Sample of this study are 15 state owned companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchage (BEI) which are choosen by purposive technique sampling. The result of analysis showed: (i) there is significant positive effect between govenment ownership and corporate social responsibility disclosure, (ii) there is significant positive effect between profitability and corporate social responsibility disclosure and (iii) there is significant positive effect between firm size and corporate social responsibility disclosure.
