Yasser Arafat, SE, M.M (II) Marsellisa Nindito, SE.Akt, M.Sc The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of company size and profitability to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Disclosure in mining companies listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange during 2010-2011. The variable examined in this research is company size, profitability and CSR Disclosure. The samples used in this research are mining companies listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange on period of 2010-2011. This research is using purposive sampling method to determine the sample and came down to 16 companies as research sample. Multiple regression model and statistic descriptive is used to analyze data. The result of this research shows that company size and profitability simultaneously influent CSR disclosure. Company size doesn’t have any effect to CSR Disclosure. While profitability negatively affects CSR Disclosure. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.243 which indicates that the model can explain the influence of independent variables to dependent variable at 24.3%.
