Abstract

This paper aims to find out how organizational communication at PT Waskita Precast Concrete. The methods used in this research is descriptive analysis with the method of data collection through the library, study and observation. From the results of the writing can be known that in communications organizations required communication down and upward communication. In addition, the existence of principles and functions of communication as well as the factors that influence the effectiveness of communications in the organization. Keywords: Organizational Communication.
