Abstract

ABSTRACT FITRI ZUHRI WAHDINI. Correlation Between Organizational Citizenship Behavior With Productivity of Employee at PT Penerbit Erlangga Jakarta, Script, Jakarta: Concentration Education Office Administration, Economics of Education Studies Program, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, July 2015. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between organizational citizenship behavior toward productivity at PT Penerbit Erlangga Jakarta. This study was conducted over 3 months from May to July 2015. The method used was survey method with the correlational approach. The study population was all employees at PT Penerbit Erlangga which are 50 employees. Jakarta, with accesisble population are 50 employees in production division at A factory. The sample used by 44 employees by using simple random sampling technique. For the second data capture research variables, instrument used for variable X (Organizational Citizenship Behavior) in form of a questionnaire and Variable Y (Productivity) is data taken from the company. Data analysis techniques in this study starts by looking for a simple regression equation and the regression equation Y = 18,585 + 0.218X while testing requirements analysis that estimates the error normality test regression of Y on X with the test Liliefors obtained L hitung (0,086) < L (0,314) , this means that the sample comes from a population of normal distribution. Significance test and regression linearity using Analysis of Variance table (ANAVA) F regression equation (29,96)> F (4,07) which states regression means. Linearity test regression produces F (0,56)<F (2,46) which shows that the model used is linear regression. Hypothesis testing correlation coefficient between variables X and Y do with the formula of Pearson Product Moment that produce r table of 0.645, this means that the two variables have a strong relationship, with a significance test t xy hitung t table of 5,47 and 1,68, Because t , it can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between organizational citizenship behavior with prodictivity at employee. Coefficient determination test yield of 41,64% KD. While the remaining 58,36% influenced or explained by other variables not examined. Keywords : Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Productivity
