Abstract
ABSTRACT FRANDHICKA FAUZI. Relationship Job Insecuritywith Self Efficacy In Employee PT Setia Guna True in Cikarang. Thesis Jakarta: Economic Education Program, Concentration Education Office Administration, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics of Jakarta. 2015. This study aims to determine the extent of Job Insecurity relationship with self Efficacy In Employee PT Setia Guna True. This research was conducted at PT Setia Guna True. This study used a survey method for the variable self-efficacy and the primary data for the variable job insecurity. The population in this study were 200 employees with a sample of 127 employees. Testing normality of error estimated regression of Y on X is done with Liliefors test at significant level a = 0.05 for a sample of 127 employees with the normal distribution of data testing criteria, if Lo <Lt and otherwise the error estimated regression of Y on X is not normal. This test is performed to determine the percentage of influence or contribution of independent variables (job insecurity) on the dependent variable (self-efficacy). Based on the calculations, the coefficient of determination (KD) of 33.89%. This means that the size of self-efficacy significantly affected by the ratio of the value of job insecurity. Ratio The ratio of job insecurity is influenced by the self-efficacy of 33.89%. Results of this study concluded there is negatively jobinsecurity Relationship with self-efficacy on the employees of PT Setia Guna True in Cikarang. Keywords: job insecurity, self-efficacy
