Abstract

The Scientific paper aims to know how is discipline of work on Asuransi Bangun Askrida Jakarta Branch Company. It used method for this scientific paper id descriptive analysis, the data collection method through the literature study and observation. The results of the writing of the work discipline can be known very determined by high self awareness that is reflected in the everyday implementation within the organization. In improving discipline of work need for leadership roles that provide supervision, coaching and attention to employees to be able to create awareness in the importance of discipline in the work that the organization or company as well as the leadership must be provide a firm and fair action against employees who violate the regulations.
