Abstract
ABSTRACT MARIA ELVINA JULIANTI. 8105119050. The Correlation Between Climate Organization with The Satisfaction of Work In The Employees of PT .Tunas Ridean, Tbk .Jakarta. Skripsi. Jakarta: Education Concentration of Office Administration. Program Study of Economic Education, Department Economic and Administration, Faculty of Economy. State University of Jakarta. 2015. This research aims to know whether there is the correlation between climate organization with the satisfaction of work in the employees of PT .Tunas Ridean, Tbk .This research was conducted over two months as of October to November 2014 .Research method used is a method of the survey with the approach of correlational . The population in this research was an employee of PT.Tunas Ridean, Tbk in department of accounting, tax and a budget which consisted of 100 employees and sample used as many as 78 persons by using techniques proportional random sampling. An instrument used to obtain data for variable x (climate organization) and variable y (satisfaction work) measured using a questionnaire with Likert’s Scale. Technique data analysis starts with looking for the regression equation and obtained equation Y = 24,38 + 0,63X. The Result of normality’s test Liliefors produce L hitung = 0.05 while L tabel = 0.10. Because L < L it hence variable x and y distributed to normal. The testing of hypotheses by Keberartian’s Test produce F tabel hitung regression = 46,05 and F = 3,98. Because F hitung > F it hence the regression equation is significant. Linier Regression test produce F Tabel tabel = 1,74 while F hitung = 1.06. Because F ( 1.06 ) < F ( 1,74 ) conclude that the regression equation is linear. A correlation coefficient test product moment produce r tabel = 0,614. The next test is the Significance Coefficient test of correlation is done by using the t-test and produce t hitung (6,79) > t tabel hitung (1.68). Based on the results of the Research, it can be concluded that there is a correlation between Organizational Climate and Job satisfaction on the Employees of PT. Tunas Ridean, Tbk. With determination coefficients obtained test results 37,73%, variable climate organization determined by job satisfaction, then it can be drawn the conclusion that there is a positive and significant correlation between Organizational Climate and job satisfaction.
