Abstract

Ria Apriyanti, 2018; The Effect of Managerial Ownership, Gender, Asset Structure, Growth and The Age of the Company to Capital Structure on Utility, Infrastructure and Transportation Sector Listed by Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Period 2011 – 2015. Thesis, Jakarta: Financial Concentration, Study Program of Management, Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of Managerial Ownership, Gender, Asset Structure, Growth and the Age of the Company to Capital Structure on Utility, Infrastructure and Transportation Sector Listed by Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Period 2011 – 2015 with 65 sample unit. Independent variable of these study are Managerial Ownership, Gender, Asset Structure, Growth and Age of the Company. While dependent variable is Capital Structure (DER and DAR). The sampling method of this study is purposive sampling technique. The research model in this study which to use panel data analysis with Random Effect Model and Fixed Effect Model approach. The empirical result shows that Managerial Ownership, Gender and the Age of the Company do not have significant influences to Capital Structure (DER and DAR), Asset Structure have positive significant influences to Capital Structure (DAR) while do not have significant influences to Capital Structure (DER) and the last Growth have positive significant influences to Capital Structure (DER) while to Capital Structure (DAR). Key Words : Capital Structure, Managerial Ownership, Gender, Asset Structure, Growth, the Age of the Company
