Abstract

ABSTRACT RICHAD SUCIPTO MARULI. Relationship Between Learning Environment With Student Learning Outcomes in Subjects Indonesian Correspondence In The SMK Tunas Markatin Jakarta. Skripsi, Jakarta: Concentrations of Office Administration Education. Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2015 This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship Between Learning Environment With Student Learning Outcomes in Subjects Indonesian Correspondence In The SMK Tunas Markatin Jakarta.This research was carried out for four months, starting from February to may 2015. The method used is a survey method with correlational approach.The sampling technique used is proportional random technique with a sample of 51 respondents. The instrument used to obtain the data variable X (Learning Environment) were measured using a questionnaire, and Y (Learning Outcomes) obtained through a third daily tests. Data analysis techniques in this research starts by looking for a simple regression equation and regression equation Y = 41.96 + 0.366X, while the test requirements analysis is the estimation error normality test regression of Y on X with Liliefors test obtained Lhitung (0.086) <Ltabel (0.124), this means that the sample comes from a population of normal distribution.Test of significance and linearity regression using Analysis of Variance table (ANAVA) and regression equation of F (16.98)> F table (4.17) which states mean regression and regression linearity test produces Fcount (1.09) <F table (2.42) which shows that the regression model used is linear. Hypothesis test correlation coefficient relationship between variables X and Y do with the formula of Pearson Product Moment that produce rxy of 0.507, this means that the relationship between the two variables is strong. Significance test with tcount 4.12 and ttable 1.68. Because t count > t table, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between Learning Environment with Student Learning Outcomes in Subjects Indonesian Correspondence In The SMK Tunas Markatin Jakarta. Test determination coefficient (KD) of 25.74% yield. It can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between Learning Environment with Learning Outcomes.
