Abstract

ABSTRACT RIZCKY PUTERI ARGADITYA. The Influence Of Organizational Commitment And Work Environment To Job Satisfaction On Employees At Pt Pachira Distrinusa In Jakarta.A thesis.The study of the program jakarta: economic education, the concentration of administration education office, the economy and administration, the economics faculty, Jakarta State University, July 2015. This research aims to know whether there is influence between organizationalcommitment and work environment to job satisfaction of employees work in the PT Pachira Distrinusa in Jakarta.This research was conducted over four months starting from March until June by 2015.The methodology used a method of survey with the approach of causality .The population of this research is all employees of PT Pachira Distrinusa as many as 168 people, while the research of population were employee at production division with total 120, with 89 employee for sampling. The sample used in this research is 89 people with random using a technique simple. Variable data X 1 (organizational commitment) and data variable X (work environment) and variable Y (job satisfaction) that is used is the questionnaire. Data analysis technique used is the test requirements analysis consisting of test for normality and linearity test, the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing consisting of F test and t test. Based on the results of data analysis can be seen that there is a partial effect between organizational commitment with job satisfaction. It can be seen from the results of data analysis which shows t count 5,592> t 1,666. Work environment partial effect on job satisfaction , it is seen from the analysis of data that showed the value of the data analysis that shows t count table 2,963> t 1,666. Organizational commitment and work environment affect job satisfaction, it’s seen by data analysis that shows f count 30,975> f table table 3,103. Based on the test determination coefficient obtained R2 values of 0,419, which means organizational commitment (X1) and work environment (X2) effect on job satisfaction (Y) of 41,9%.
