Abstract

This scientific paper aims to find out about the archive storage system at sales division of Citra Vita Buana Company. The method used in this study is a descriptive analysis of the method of data collection through the library to study, and the observation. Result of this paper can be known that archive storage system should be used which is alphabetical storage system and then can be saved by applying the procedure of archive storage step by step and pay attention facilities and equipments that should be used optimally so that archives can be spared from risk of damage and still prevent the archives contained Keywords: Archive, Filing System
