Abstract

ABSTRACT GATI KRISNAMURTI. Correlation between Quality of Work Life with Organizational Commitment on Employees in PT. Kusuma Abadi Jakarta. Research, Jakarta: Study Program of Economics Education, Concentration of Office Administration Education, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. June 2015. The purpose of this research is to get a valid and reliable data or fact, to know the the correlation between quality of work life with organizational commitmen on employees in PT. Kusuma Abadi Jakarta. This research have been done three month since April until June 2015. This research used survey method with correlation approachl. The populations research consist of all employees in PT. Kusuma Abadi Jakarta with total 104 employees, 78 employess for sampling. Data X variable about quality of work life and data Y variable about organizational commitment used questionnaire. The analysis test by finding regression equation, that is Y = 10,587 + 0,586 X. After that data normality test by using liliefors formula and the result is L count = 0,084 and L =0,100 in significant level 0.05, so L count < L Mean that the mistake of prediction regression Y to X has normal distribution. For regression sigificance test and the result is, F count (39,99) > F table table. (3,98) approved that it has significance regression. While regression linearity test,F count (1,08) < F (1,76), showing that regression is linear. The result of product moment of correlations coefficient test, is r xy table = 0,587 continued by using correlations coefficient significance test with t-test. Counting result is, t count (6,32) > t (1,68). It means that there are significance and positive correlations between quality of work life with organizational commitment. The result of determination coefficient test is 34,48%, variable on organizational commitment determined by organizational commitment . The conclusion of this research have shown that there is a positive correlations between quality of work life with commitmen organizational.
