Abstract

RAFIKA KHAIRUNNISA. Corelation Study Skill with Academic Result of Accounting at 50 Vocational High School Students of Accounting Major. The purpose of this research are to get valid and reliabel or fact about how far the corelation between Study skill of student with Academic Result of Accounting in 50 State Vocational High School East Jakarta. This research has done for 2 month since Maret 2012. The research method used method with the corelation approach, while the data is gained from instrument that distributed to students at accounting major in 50 Vocational High School East Jakarta. The reach population in this research are students of Accounting Major class X Accounting 1 and X Accounting 2, total 80 students. The sample which is taken by using proposrtional random sampling with the total sample are 65 students. To collect X variable data (Study Skill) is used Likert Scale Instrument. After that, for X variable has contruct validity tes by validation process that is correlation coeficicent and valuing score with total score and reliability test using by Alpha Cronbach Formula. Reliability X variable (Study Skill) is 0,95. The analysis test by finding regression equation, is Ŷ= 70,12 + 0,084 . Next, test of normality data by using liliefors formula and the result is Lcount = 0,051 in significant level 0,05 and Ltable 1,099, so LCount < L table. Means that the mistake of prediction regresion Y to X has normal distribution. For regressions significance test and the result is, Fcount (6,94) > F table (2,49) is showing that it has significance regression. While regression linearity test, Fcount (1,02) > F table (2,09), is showing that regression is linear. The result of Product Moment of corelation coefficient test is r xy = 0,32. Next, by using corelation coeficient significance test with t-test. Counting result is t count 2,68, while t table at dk = n – 2 = 63 and siginificance coeficience 0,05 is 1,67, it’s mean tcount> t table . Beside that the result of determination coeficient test is 10,24% means Study Skill of student determinated 10,24% by Academic Result of Accounting at the Students of 50 Vocational High School East Jakarta. The conclution shown that research has positive relation between Study Skill of Student With Academic Result of Accounting at the Students of 50 Vocational High School East Jakarta. In can be concluded if the student better in their StudySkill, so they can reach Academis Result of Accounting better than past.
