Abstract

This scientific writing aims to determine the condition about office layout at Accounting Division of PT Isuzu Astra Motor Indonesia. The method that is used in this research is descriptive analysis with the method by collecting data through observation and literature studies. Based on the observation that author has done at Accounting Department, it is known that the office layout is important in an office. Good office layout will provide many advantages or benefits for the company to complete the job needs. Good office layout will also provide a flawless jobdesks and as a result the mechanism of action can run smoothly. Pleasant working conditions can improve the spirit of work, thus creating a pleasant working conditions need to be planned arrangement of the room was good.
