Abstract

This Scientific Paper is written to acknowledge about the effective communication in managing employee’s business travel at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia company. The method is used in the research is descriptive analysis by observing and literature review to collect the data. The result of this paper is an acknowledgment that in the effective communication, communication methods, ways to communicating, and communication types are needed, depends on the purpose and goals also the response that wanted.
