Abstract

The Scientific paper aims to know how is style of leadership at General Affair Department PT Isuzu Astra Motor Indonesia. It used method for this scientific paper id descriptive analysis, the data collection method through the literature study and observation. From the results it can concluded that in the style of leadership needed ways or technique that good and right with the existence of a direction, coordination, encouragement, guidance, and motivation against the performance of employees. the effectiveness of leaders plays an important role in the style of his leadership.
