Abstract

BINTANG SUKINDAR. Correlation Between Product Features With Purchase Decision of Blackberry at District 02 Jatibening Baru, Pondok Gede, Bekasi. Script. Jakarta: Study Program of Commerce Education, Economic And Administration Department, Economic Faculty, State University of Jakarta. January 2013. The aim of this research is to find the possibility a positive correlation between Product Features With Purchase Decision of Blackberry at District 02 Jatibening Baru, Pondok Gede, Bekasi. The period of this research was four months since October 2013 until December 2013. This research used survey methods by correlation approach. The population of this research were all society district 02 Jatibening Baru, Pondok Gede, Bekasi who buy and use Blackberry and have problems with product features . While the society population at affordable were neighborhood 5 as many as 55 people in accordance with the characteristics of the population. From those population at affordable is taken 48 people for sample. Equation of the simple linear regression give the formula of regression Ŷ = 22,41 + 0,40X. Test analysis conditional test proved the validation on variabel Y to variable is normal distributed. It is proved by the calculation that used Liliefors test at significant level (α) = 0,05 that indicates Lcount (0.0677) <Ltable (0.1279). The correlation coefficient is counted by Product Moment formula by Pearson indicates rxy 0.507. While the results of correlation coefficient significant test indicates tcount = 3,984 and ttable = 1,68. Because the result shows tcount > ttable, the research indicates there is a significant correlation between product features with purchase decision of Blackberry at district 02 Jatibening Baru, Pondok Gede, Bekasi. The count of determination coefficient test indicates 25,66% the variance of variable Y is determined by variable X. The conclusion of research shown that a positive correlation product features with purchase decision of Blackberry at district 02 Jatibening Baru, Pondok Gede, Bekasi. It means the better features of the products offered, the higher the purchase decision of Blackberry at district 02 Jatibening Baru, Pondok Gede, Bekasi.
