Abstract

Dewi Astiarina Putri, Relationship between Job Satisfaction with Desire Switching (turnover intention). Thesis, Jakarta. Commerce Education Studies Program, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, in July 2013. The research was conducted in STKIP Panca Sakti Bekasi, for two April 2013 months from to May 2013. This study aims to determine the relationship between job satisfaction with (turnover intention). Research purposes to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention. The research method used was a survey method with the correlational approach. The population in this study were employees STKIP Panca Sakti Bekasi. The sampling technique used was simple random technique as many as 36 people.The resulting regression equation is Y = 114.96-.301 X. Test requirements analysis is the normality test on the estimated error of regression Y on X with Liliefors test result while Ltabel Lhitung = 0.1422 for n = 36 at significance level of 0.05 is 0.147. Because Lhitung <Ltabel the error estimates Y on X is normally distributed. Linearity regression test produces Fhitung <Ftabel ie 1.06 <2.33, so concluded that the linear regression equation. Test the significance of regression produces Fhitung> F, ie 6.07> 4.07, meaning that the regression equation significantly. Correlation coefficient of Pearson Product Moment generating rxy = -0.388, further test the significance of the correlation coefficient using the t test and the resulting t = 2464 and t table = 1.70. It can be concluded that the correlation coefficient rxy = 0.389 is significant. The coefficient of determination obtained for 15:15% which shows that 15.15% (turnover intention) is determined by job satisfaction.
