ABSTRACT Dinna Hanifa. 8105141458. The Effect of Learning Discipline and Self Efficacy on Economy Learning Outcome Class XI IPS SMAN 36 Jakarta. Essay. Jakarta: Economics Education Study Program. Faculty of Economics. State University of Jakarta. 2018. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence the discipline of learning and self efficacy on the learning outcomes of economic subjects class XI IPS students in SMAN 36 Jakarta. This research using survey method. The population in this study were students of XI IPS class, which amounted to 144 students. Sampling technique with simple random sampling, by looking at Issac and Michael table with 5% error rate then the number of samples to be taken from the population is 100 students. Data analysis technique using SPSS 20.0 begins by searching analysis requirement test such as test of normality and linearity, then multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test that is t test and F test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed discipline of learning has a significant effect on learning outcomes with t calculated 2,045 > t table 1,984. Furthermore, self efficacy has an influence on learning outcomes with t calculated 2,265 > t table 1,984. Based on the F test is known F calculated 13,188 > F table 3,09, the results show simultaneously the discipline of learning and self efficacy has an influence on learning outcome. The value of the determination coefficient of 0,214. Can be interpreted as much as 21,4% learning result of economic learning subject influenced by learning discipline and self efficacy, 78,6% other explained by other variables not examined.
