Abstract

MARUDUT TUA SIHITE, The Relationship between Interpersonal Communication with The Results of Enterpreunership Course on Students at SMKN 50 Jakarta. Study Program Of Commerce Education, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, January 2014. This research was aimed to find out the relationship between Interpersonal Communication with the results of Enterpreunership course on XI grade students of SMKN 50 Jakarta. This research was conducted at SMKN 50 Jakarta, for three months since October 2013 to December 2013. The research method used is survey method with the correlational approach. The population in this research was all students of SMKN 50 Jakarta. The sample was 76 students of XI grade in marketing class. The technique used in gathering the sample was simple random sampling about 62 students. The resulting regression equation is Ŷ = 15,14 + 0.56X. Test requirements analysis of the normality test error of estimated regression of Y on X to produce Lcount liliefors test = 0,0850, while the Ltable for n = 62 at 0.05 significant level is 0.113. Because the Lcount < Ltable then an error estimate of Y on X is normally distributed. Testing linearity of regression produces Fcalculated <Ftable is 0,87 < 1,80 , so it was concluded that the linear equation regreasi. From test significance regression produces Fcount > Ftable, which is 14,75 > 4,00 , meaning that the regression equation is significant. Correlation coefficient of Pearson Product Moment generating rxy = 0,449, then performed the test significance correlation coefficient using the t test and the resulting tcount = 3,894 and Ttable = 1,67. It can be concluded that the correlation coefficient rxy = 0,449 is significant. The coefficient of determination obtained for 20,17% which shows that 20,17% the variation of the results of enterpreunership course is determined by the interpersonal communication.
