Abstract

ABSTRACT ROSA KARINA. “The Influence Of Learning Motivation and Self Confidence To Learning Outcomes In Student Class XI Office Administration At Smk Bina Pangudi Luhur Jakarta”.aSkripsi, Jakarta: Study Program Of Economic Education, Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta. 2018. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of socioeconomic This study aims toadetermineawhether there is anainfluence Learning Motivation and Confidence On Students Grade XI Office Administration Department Learning Outcomes at SMK Bina Pangudi Luhur in Jakarta. This research was conducted for 4 months from December 2017 to March 2018. The research method is survey method with correlational approach. Theapopulation is students from XI office administration which amounts to 88 students. The sample used 72 students and using the proportional random sampling technique.aVariable Y (Learning Outcomes)adata is secondary,awhile variable X1 (Learning Motivation) and X2 (Confidence)adata is primary using Likert scale. The data is tested for validity and reliability, and then analysis with multiple regression technique and classical assumption test. The data were analyzed using SPSS. The results showed there is a significant influence between learning motivation and confidence on students learning outcomes with aaregressionaequation Ŷ = 24,307 + 0,246X1 + 0,212X2. The results of F test in ANOVA table produces Fhitung 39,582 > Ftabel 3,13, this means learning motivation and confidence simultaneously positively influence the learning outcomes. The t test produces thitung X1 6,214 > ttabel 1,66, because thitung > ttabel that means there is a positive influence between learning motivation and learning outcomes. And then thitung X2 5,584 > ttabel 1,66, because thitung > ttabel that means there is a positive influence between confidence and learning outcomes. And then from the coefficient determination was obtained 0,534, which means there is an influence of independent variable on dependent variable in the amount of 53,4% and the remaining of 46,4% was influenced by the other variable who not be examined.
