Henny Nurandani. 8105145087. The Influence Of Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction On Employee Performance Of PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Cawang, Jakarta Timur. Thesis, Jakarta: Education Program of Economic, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2018. This study aims to find out whether there is influence between Work Motivation and Work Satisfaction on Employee Performance at PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Cawang, Jakarta Timur. This research was conducted for one month starting from January until February 2018. The research method use the survey method with correlation approach and using primary data for the independent variabel of Work Motivation, the prinary data of Work Satisfaction and the secondary data for the independent variabel of Employee Performance. The population of this research is all employee of PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Cawang, Jakarta Timur and The affordable population of this research is Building Division employee of PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Cawang, Jakarta Timur . Which amounts to 71 employee. The sample used in this research is 58 employee using propotional random technique. Variabel Y (employee performance) is the secondary data with an employee performance appraisal for the period of January 2018, as for the variable X the instrument used is a questionnaire using likret scale model, X1 (Work Motivation) and X2 (Job Satisfaction). The data analysis technique using SPSS 20.0 from F test result in ANOVA table Fhitung (30,259) > Ftabel (3,16), this mean X1 and X2 simultaneously affect to Y.Test t produe thitung > ttabel, can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between work motivation and job satisfaction. Then work motivation from T test result in ANOVA table thitung X1 (2,414) > ttabel (1,673), because thitung > ttabel, can be concluded that there is significant influence betwen work motivation on employee performance. Then job satisfaction from T test result in ANOVA table thitung X2 (5,458) > ttabel (1,673), because thitung > ttabel, can be concluded that there is significant influence betwen job satisfaction on employee performance. Then the test coefficient of 0,524 or 52.4 % Variabel Y determined by X1 and X2. Based on the analysis of multiple regression eqution abtained equation Y = 17,302 + 0,302 X1 + 0,497 X2. R2 value variabel and job satisfaction of 52.4% while the rest of 47.6% influenced by other variabels that are not examined. Keywords : Work Motivation , Job Satisfaction, and Employee Performance
