Abstract
SYIFA ASHIMAH. Influence of Work Motivation and Work Environment with Performance of Teachers in 48 Vocational High School Jakarta. Scription. Jakarta : Concentration of Accounting Education, Study Program of Economic, State University of Jakarta. 2017 This study aims to determine how much influence of work motivation and work of environment on the performance of SMK Negeri 48 Jakarta teachers. This study uses a survey method with the corellational approach. In this research, the Population is the entire of teacher SMK Negeri 48 Jakarta with the status of civil servants who numbered 37 people, then the whole of population sample. The instrument used ini this study shaped in the form of non-test questionnaire, each consisting of 38 statements for the variable X1 (Work Motivation) and 32 claim for the variable X2 (Work Environment), while data for the variable Y (Performance of Teacher) obtained directly from research site. Before the instruments used have been tested to 20 teachers in SMK Negeri 50 Jakarta. Both instruments are calculated validity. From the calculation of the validity of instruments, for variable X1 (Work Motivation ) 32 statement declared valid and 6 statement declared invalid. Whereas for variable X2 (Work Environment) 26 declared valid and 6 statement declared invalid (rpara > rcriteria). From the test results obtained reliability for the variable and the variable X1 =0,89 and variable X2 =0,59. Thus, this instrument is valid and reliable for its intended use. Results of data analysis techniques as follow : all variables in this study have normal distribution and satisfy the assumption of linearity. Obtained multiple regression equation Y = 399,818 + 0,197 X1 + 0,281 X2. Test of regression coefficient simutaneously provided Fcount (3,505) > Ftable (3,275). This shows a significant and influential regression simultaneously. Test by partial regressions coefficients using Coefficients Table. Testing X1 Variables obtained tcount = 2,427 dan ttabel = 2,042. This indicates variable XI influence on variable Y. X2 test variables obtained tcount = 2,091 dan ttable = 2,042. This indicates variable X2 influence on variable Y.
