Abstract
CHRISTIAN WIDODO. 8105145124. The Influence of Organizational Culture Adaptability and Motivation to Commitment. Skripsi. Jakarta: Study Program of Economic Education, Faculty of Economy, State University of Jakarta, July 2018. This study aims to determine whether there is influence adaptability of organizational culture and motivation to the commitment of employees of PT. Tirta Fresindo Jaya in Ciherang. This research was conducted for 5 months until March until June 2018. The method used is survey method with correlation approach. The population of the inaccessible population is the employee of the beverage department comprising the production, engineering, human resource, laboratory, material warehouse, and warehouse divisions of 120 employees. The sample used in this research is 89 employees by using Proportional Random Sampling technique. Y variable data (Commitment) is the primary data, the instrument used is a questionnaire by using the Likert scale model. Data variable X1 (Adaptability Culture Organization) instrument used is a questionnaire using the likert scale model and variable data X2 (Motivation) is the primary data using Likert scale. Data analysis technique using SPSS program version 22.0 started by looking for test of requirement analysis that is normality test using Kolmogrov-Smirnov Z test and can value X1 0.179, X2, and Y equal to 0.200 which all bigger than 0.05 significance hence normal distributed data. Heteroscedasticity test with Spearman's rho test, which resulted in significant value X1 and X2 0.889 0.459. Because the value of significance is more than 0.05 then there is no problem of heteroscedasticity. The regression equation obtained is Ŷ = 23.485 + 0.248 X1 + 0.324 X2. Hypothesis test that is F test in ANOVA table, known Ftest 14.343> Ftable 3.10. Ttest of the adaptability of organizational culture 2.202 > ttable 1.987. While ttest of motivation equal to 3.486 > ttabel 1.987. Test coefficient determination obtained results 25%, the remaining 75% influenced by other factors not examined.
