Abstract
ANGGI CLINTON TIMBUL HASIBUAN. 8105145108. The influence of Workload and Job Stress to Job Satisfaction of Hospitalization Nurse At General Hospital The Christian University Of Indonesia. Skripsi. Jakarta: Study Program of Economic Education, Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta. July 2018 This study aims to determine whether there is influence Workload and Job Stress to Job Satisfaction of Hospitalization Nurse At General Hospital The Christian University Of Indonesia. This research was conducted for three months from March to May 2018. The method used is survey method with the correlational approach. The population in this research were all Hospitalization Nurses at General Hospital The Christian University Of Indonesia. Population affordability are all Hospitalization Nurses amounted to 114 nurse. The sample used in this research was 84 hospitalization nurses using simple random sampling technique. Data variable Y (Job Satisfaction) instrument used was s questionnaire using Likert scale models. Variable data X1 (Workload) instrument used was s questionnaire using Likert scale models as well as variable data X2 (Job Stress) instrument used was s questionnaire using Likert scale models. Before use, be tested construct validity through a validation process that is the calculation of corelation coefficient score of grains with a total score and reliability tests with Cronbach Alpha formula. Results X1 variable reliability of 0,893 and prove that the instrument reliable. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 24.0 begins with finding test requirements analysis is the normality test using methods Komolgorv Smirnov Z and can value X1 amounted to 0,200, X2 0,200 and Y was 0,200 of which were greater than 0,05 then data normal distribution. Then look for a test the classical assumption of heteroscedastisity test. Next look for heteroscedasticity test with Glejser test, which resulted is significance value X1 0,838 and X2 0,879. Because the significance value greater than 0,05 then there is no problem heteroscedasticity. Then structure equation obtained was Ŷ= (-0.504)X1+(-0,301)X2+0.523. Test the hypothesis that the F test in the ANOVA tables, known Farithmetic 36,978 > Ftabel 3,15. T test produces tarithmetic of workload (-5,637) >1,664 ttable and tarithmetic of job stress by (-3,373)> 1,664ttable . Then test the coefficient of determination obtained results of -63,5%, the remaining 36,5% influenced by other fctors not examined. It is concluded that there are significant negative and significant correlation between Workload and Job Stress to Job Satisfaction of Hospitalization Nurse At General Hospital The Christian University Of Indonesia.
