Abstract

LAURA WINI FEBRIN. 8105141454. The Effect of Learning Environment and Emotional Intelligence to Self Efficcay of Student Grade XI At MAN 3 Jakarta. Script. Jakarta: Study Program of Economic Education, Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta, 2018. This research aims to know the effect of learning environment and emotional intelligence to self efficacy of student grade XI at MAN 3 Jakarta. This research was conducted for three months from April until June 2018. The method of research is quantitative approach with survey method. The population in this research is all students of grade XI at MAN 3 Jakarta amounted to 184 students. The technique sampling had been used proportional random sampling technique, so the sample in this research is 118 students as respondents. Data was collected by questionnaire and analyzed technique with path analysis. Based on the analysis requirements test, data has been normal and linear. Based on path coefficient in equation structure I, result of path coefficient of learning environment 0,303 and emotional intelligence 0,502 so equation structure Y = 0,303X1 + 0,502X2 + ɛ2. Based on t test (tcount > ttable) that value of learning environment 4,130 > 1,658; and emotional intelligence 6,836 > 1,658. Then, F test (Fcount > Ftable) that 40,685 > 3,92. Based on path coefficient in equation structure II, result of path coefficient of learning environment to emotional intelligence 0,233 and tcount 2,582 > ttable 1,658. Based on the coefficient determination analysis, learning environment and emotional intelligence simultaneously influence to self efficacy 41,4% and rest of 58,6% influenced by the other factors not research. It is concluded that there are effect directly and positively between learning environment and emotional intelligence to self efficacy of student grade XI at MAN 3 Jakarta.
