Abstract
RISYA TRI ANNISA. Website Develoment to Character Education Avid Reader for Increase Students’s Economic Literacy in Social Studies 91 Senior High School Jakarta. Faculty of Economy, State University of Jakarta. 2018. This study aims to develop learning media in the form of websites to improve the education of students who avid read characters that are applied into economic literacy. This research uses research and development (R & D) research with four-D method (Define, Design, Development and Disseminate) but in this research only at Development stage or development. In this study the test consisted of one media expert and one material expert and 40 students of SMA Negeri 91 Jakarta. The technique used is to use a questionnaire conducted for the review of the students as well as test judgments conducted by media experts and material experts. The assessment given by the students using the questionnaire received an average score of 84.9% which means very good, while the assessment made by the media expert obtained an average value of 70% which means good, the assessment provided by the material expert at 70% which means good. So it can be concluded that the media educational websites like reading characters to improve the economic literacy of students deserve to be used. Keyword : Website, media, research and development
