Ruth Kristiani. 8105145094. The Influence Of Learning Readiness and Learning Discipline On the Motivation Of Students in Class X at SMAN 59 Jakarta. Essay. Jakarta: Economic Education Study Program. Faculty of Economics State University of Jakarta. 2018. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of learning readiness and learning discipline on the learning motivation of class X students in SMAN 59 Jakarta. This research using survey method. The population in this study were students of X class, which amounted to 210 students. Sampling technique with proportional random sampling. Data analysis technique using SPSS 20.0 begins by searching analysis requirement test such as test of normality and linearity, then multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test that is t test and F test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed learning readiness has a significant effect on learning motivation with t calculated 3,399 > t table 1,983. Furthermore, learning discipline has an influence on learning motivation with t calculated 3,137 > t table 1,983. Based on the F test is known F calculated 20,063> F table 3,08, the results show simultaneously the learning readiness and learning discipline has an influence on learning motivation. The value of the determination coefficient of 0,282. Can be interpreted as much as 28,2% learning motivation influenced by learning readiness and learning discipline, 71,8% other explained by other variables not examined.
