Tsalitsa Aeni Khaya. "Evaluation of Prosperous House Program in Bekasi Region". Essay. Economic Education Cooperative. Department of Economics and Administration. Faculty of Economics. State University of Jakarta. 2018. Supervisor: Dr. Karuniana Dianta AS, S.IP., ME and Dicky Iranto, SE., ME This study aims to evaluate the Subsidized House Program and the Construction of Subsidized Houses in the City/District of Bekasi. This research uses evaluative and descriptive research. The model used is the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process and Product). This model was developed by Stufflebeam. Data collection techniques using observation and field study methods, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The results show that: (1) Implementation of subsidized house program has been running well, but there are still some aspects that cause this program is not on target. (2) Implementation of the program in the evaluation of the context goes well, although in some aspects it needs to be developed in the formation of its legal basis. (3) The implementation of the program in the evaluation of inputs as a whole shows compliance with the legal basis, but the need for monitoring of Low-Income Communities who want to apply for Subsidized Mortgages in order to remain on target. (4) The process of implementing the subsidy house is going well, it's just that there is a need to re-develop the price of land affecting the selling price of subsidized house in Bekasi City to be more affordable. (5) Evaluation in the product shows good results, the program gives impact and benefits to the wider community to have a decent place to live and can allocate their income to meet other living needs.
