Abstract

IDA BAGUS ADHYASA, 8135142897, THE CORRELATION BETWEEN TRANSFORMASIONAL LEADERSHIP STYLE AND WORK MOTIVATION WITH EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE PT. BANK “X’ IN JAKARTA. Script, Jakarta: Program Studies of Business Education, Faculty of Economics, State University Of Jakarta. 2018. The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the relationship between transformational leadership style and work motivation with employee performance PT. Bank "X" in Jakarta. This research was conducted for 6 months, ie January - June 2018. The method used in this research is survey method. Population in this research is all employees of PT. Bank "X". The sampling technique used is by Simple Random technique as many as 137 respondents. For data collecting researchers using questionnaires with Likert scale. The three variables are Employee Performance (Y), Transformational Leadership Style (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) is the primary data obtained from the dissemination of research questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is, first test requirement analysis consist of test of normality and test of lineritas. Both multiple linear regression tests. The three hypothesis tests contained t test and F test. The four multiple correlation test. The last calculation is the coefficient of determination. titung on the variable of Transformational Leadership Style equal to 5,017 and t count for Job Motivation variable equal to 3,917. Where Ttable of 1.65630 this means there is significant partial influence of variables Gay Transformational Leadership and Work Motivation with Employee Performance. Because Tcount> Ttable, while for Test F, found Fhitung equal to 23,168 > Ftabel value equal to 3,061. So it can be concluded that there is influence simultaneously variables Transformational Leadership Style and Work Motivation with Employee Performance because Fcount> Ftabel. Multiple regression equation obtained result Ŷ = 33,391 + 0,390 X1 + 0,302 X2. The coefficient value of determination R2 is 0.257. This means that the variables of Transformational Leadership Style (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) have an effect on Employee Performance (Y) as much as 25.7%.
