Abstract

ARIEF NUGROHO, 8105142653, Effects of Self-Regulated Learning and Motivation on Academic Procrastination in Office Administration Education student in 2017 at the Jakarta State University. Thesis, Jakarta: Faculty of Economics, University of Jakarta. 2018. The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the effect of between Self Regulated Learning and motivation to learn about academic procrastination in the administrative offices of education student in 2017 at the Jakarta State University. This study was conducted over six months, the month of December to May 2018. The method used in this study is a survey method. The population in this study were all students of educational administrative offices in 2017 totaling 85 students. Beracuan on a table with Isaac and Michael then the number of samples in this study were 68 respondents. Respondent selection technique using proportional randomsampling,usingrandom proportionalmethod.For data collection the researcher using the scaleliket.These three variables: Academic Procrastination (Y), Self-Regulated Learning (X1) and Motivation (X2) is the primary data that was obtained from a questionnaire dissemination of research. Data analysis techniques used, namely, the first test analysis requirements consist of normality test and linearity test. Both classical assumption test consisting of a test multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity test. The third test multiple linear regression. The fourth test of the hypothesis that contain t test and F test last calculation is the analysis of determination coefficientt on the variable Self Regulated Learning of -2.921and Motivation t in the variable of -2.737. Where ttable -1.997 This means there is a significant effect of partially Self Regulated Learning and Motivation Against Academic Procrastination. Because -tcount < - ttable while for the F-test, was found to result Fcount 11.035> Ftable 3,14. Where it can be deduced that there is a simultaneous influence of variables Self Regulated Learning and Motivation on Academic Procrastination since F count> F table. Multiple regression equation y = 135,067-0,436X1-0,378X2 get results. Coefficient of determination R2 of 0.253. This means that the variable Self- Regulated Learning (X1) and Motivation (X2) effect on Academic Procrastination (Y) as much as 25.3% Keywords: Academic Procrastination, Self-RegulatedLearning,Motivation
