Abstract

AULIADI AHMAD, 8105141536, Effects of Self Concept and Study Habit on Study Result in student at SMKN 22 Jakarta. Thesis, Jakarta: Faculty of Economics, University of Jakarta. 2018. The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the effect of between Self Concept and study habit to learn about study result in student at SMKN 22 Jakarta. This study was conducted over three months, the month of March to May 2018. The method used in this study is a survey method. The population in this study were all students of SMKN 22 Jakarta totaling 674 students with the accessible population is all of the X Class student totalling 209 students. Based on a table with Isaac and Michael then the number of samples in this study were 131 respondents. Respondent selection technique using proportional random sampling using random proportional method. For data collection the researcher using the likert sclae .These three variables: Study Result (Y) is using secondar data and two other variable, Self Concept (X1) and Study Habit (X2) is the primary data that was obtained from a questionnaire dissemination of research. Data analysis techniques used, namely, the first test analysis requirements consist of normality test and linearity test. Both classical assumption test consisting of a test multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity test. The third test multiple linear regression. The fourth test of the hypothesis that contain t test and F test last calculation is the analysis of determination coefficient on the variable self concept is 5,585 and study habits t in the variable of 5,812. Where ttable 1,978 This means there is a significant effect of partially self concept and study habits Against study result. Because tcount> ttable while for the F-test, was found to result Fcount 55,794> Ftable 3,07. Where it can be deduced that there is a simultaneous influence of variables self concept and study habits on study result since F count> F table. Multiple regression equation result is Ŷ=11,516+0,224X1+0,281X2. Coefficient of determination R2 is 0,466. This means that the variable Self Concept (X1) and Study Habits (X2) effect on Study Resuls (Y) as much as 46,6% Keywords: Study Result, Self Concept, Study Habits
